30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as final sale products, custom orders, or perishable goods. If applicable, these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items) or instructions on how to send your package back (for other types of returns). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at alex@rivetdirect.shop.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: RivetDirect covers the cost of return shipping.

  • All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including those of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
