When will my order arrive?
We ship 90% of orders witih 2 business days. Click "Lead Time" in the main menu to see how many days it will take for your order to reach your shipping address.
What's your return policy?
Yes, we accept returns within 60 days of shipping the order. If we made a mistake we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you made a mistake, we ask you to pay for return shipping, but there is no restocking fee.
Do you offer any products not listed on the site?
Yes, we still don't have our full inventory listed on the site, so if you are looking for a part in the categories we stock please fill out the Contact Us form.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We recommend using DHL as the carrier for all small international orders. For large orders to the Caribbean, we recommend shipping to a US address in Miami and then using a freight forwarded to export the product.
Do you sell rivet tools?
No. Right now we only sell fasteners.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
