When will my order arrive?
We ship 90% of orders within 2 business days of receipt. Check out our Shipping Policy to see the transit time from our warehouse to your area.
What's your return policy?
Yes, we accept returns within 60 days of shipping the order. If we made a mistake we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you're returning parts for any other reason, we ask you to pay for return shipping, but there is no restocking fee.
Do you offer any products not listed on the site?
Yes, we still don't have our full inventory listed on the site, so if you are looking for a part in the categories we stock please fill out the Contact Us form.
Can you cross-reference our current part number?
Yes. Each product page contains a table with most common part numbers for that item. If you have any doubts about what you need, send us a message on the Contact Us page.
Where can I find the product specifications?
Every product page contains a table with full technical specifications.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Mininum Order Value (MOV)?
Our site-wide MOV is $50 (excluding shipping). Our MOQs are set to meet that $50 threshold. For most parts it's 1,000 pieces.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples of up to 10 pieces and free shipping to qualifed end users. To request them, fill out our Contact Us form and include your appliaction, EAU, and typical order volume. These are not for hobbyists or DIY projects.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We recommend using DHL as the carrier for all small international orders. For large orders to the Caribbean, we recommend shipping to a US address in Miami and then using a freight forwarded to export the product.
Do you sell rivet tools?
No. Right now we only sell fasteners.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
